These Terms of Use, together with the documents referenced herein (collectively the “Terms”), apply to the mobile application named “OrganAise” (the “App”). OrganAise, Inc. (“OrganAise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) permits you to use the App subject to these Terms and any applicable rules applied by Apple Inc. (“App Store Rules”) and Google Inc. (“Play Store Rules”) with respect to the use of their App Store and Play Store, respectively, located at https://www.apple.com/itunes (“App Store”) and https://play.google.com/store (“Play Store”). You (“you,” the App user) may only utilize the App in accordance with these Terms.
By using the App, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the App accordingly. OrganAise only grants use and access of the App, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.
Before you continue using the App, we advise you to read our Privacy Policy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use the App. By using the App, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. OrganAise assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.
All materials, products, and services provided through the OrganAise App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of OrganAise or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App’s content, products, or services without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of the OrganAise name, logo, or other brand features is strictly prohibited.
By uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing content through the OrganAise App, you grant OrganAise a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, copy, modify, distribute, and perform the content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the services. This license persists for as long as the content is available on the platform. You retain all ownership rights to any content you submit.

As a user of the App, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information.
You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the App, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, and cancel orders at our sole discretion.
OrganAise offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (either monthly or yearly) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
For monthly plans, the subscription will continue until the end of the monthly billing cycle for your subscription. For yearly plans, the subscription will continue until the end of your 12 month subscription period. To avoid auto-renewal to a monthly plan, you must cancel before your renewal date. After cancellation, no further charges will be made, but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the active subscription period.
In case of changes to pricing or plan details, OrganAise will attempt to provide notification to the email address on file at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must cancel your subscription before the new terms take effect.
OrganAise may offer a free trial period for new users. The duration of the free trial will be specified at the time of registration. At the end of the trial period, you will automatically be enrolled in the selected subscription plan unless you cancel your subscription before the trial ends.
During the trial period, you will have access to the same features available to paying users. You may cancel your free trial at any time, but once the trial is over, you will be charged the applicable fees for the selected plan unless a cancellation occurs.
All payments made to OrganAise are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial use of the service or unused periods of an active subscription. Upon cancellation, your access to OrganAise will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be offered.
OrganAise reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform. If OrganAise terminates your account for violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided for any remaining period of the subscription. OrganAise also reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at its sole discretion.
OrganAise is not responsible for any loss or corruption of data stored on the platform. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we recommend that users maintain their own backups of important information. While OrganAise implements reasonable security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for any unauthorized access, accidental data loss, or breaches beyond our control.
By visiting the App, you agree that the laws of Sweden, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between OrganAise and you, or its business partners and associates.
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to the App or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by the court of Sweden, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
You agree to indemnify OrganAise and its affiliates and hold OrganAise harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
OrganAise is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our App. OrganAise reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall notify our users of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between OrganAise and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of the App.
