Accessibility Statement

Conformance status

This website aims to conform to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. We assess the site with automated and manual checks, and we continuously improve the parts we can control.

Color contrast for both normal and large text currently meets the stricter WCAG AAA thresholds (at least 7:1 for normal text and 4.5:1 for large text), as verified by an automated accessibility audit across every page on desktop and mobile. Meeting the contrast thresholds does not by itself guarantee full WCAG AA conformance, and a complete manual review of every interaction is still in progress.

Accessibility features

• Semantic HTML and clear heading structure on every page.
• A skip-to-main-content link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
• Full keyboard navigation; no reliance on a mouse alone.
• ARIA labels on icon-only buttons and controls.
• Touch targets sized for comfortable use on mobile (at least 44x44 px).
• Color is never the only way information is conveyed.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

• The OrganAise web app at web.getorganaise.com is a separate product with its own accessibility work and is outside the scope of this statement.
• Third-party content, embedded media, or external links may be controlled by providers whose accessibility we cannot guarantee.
• A full manual review of all interactive components has not yet been completed, so some less common interactions may still need improvement.

We welcome feedback and treat reported issues as priorities for future updates.

Technical specifications

This statement covers the public marketing website at getorganaise.com. The site is built with valid, semantic HTML and progressive enhancement, and is designed to work in any modern browser with JavaScript enabled. Compatibility with assistive technologies is tested periodically.

Assessment method

We evaluate the site with automated accessibility testing tools against WCAG 2.1 success criteria, combined with manual review of keyboard navigation, focus order, and structure. The latest automated audit used axe-core across every page at both desktop and mobile viewport sizes.
